Dr. Katherine Tibor   Bsc (Hons), DC,  Doctor of Chiropractic and Clinic Director

I enjoy helping people of all ages reap the benefits of chiropractic care; I love seeing them live happier and healthier lives.

I commonly treat people with sports injuries, disc herniations, repetitive/overuse strains, headaches, neck pain, and general stress/tension. I help pregnant women experiencing low back pain and leg pain, and who want help to ease the upcoming birthing process. I enjoy treating children; helping to curb scoliosisimprove their posture/ergonomics at school/home, and teach them how a healthy nervous system affects their overall health.

I am trained in gait analysis and help those in need of customized orthotics.

Heather Urquhart  BA, MA, RMT, Registered Massage Therapist

My goal is to meet my clients' needs with a combination of knowledge, trust, and intuitive touch.

I enjoy helping people with all kinds of massage and health-related issues, from arthritis, to stress, to sports injuries. I have a special interest in treating seniors, and people living with nervous system injuries, as well as pre-natal and post-partum mothers (and fathers!). I use passive stretching and tractioning to reduce pain and stiffness in the hips, back, and neck, and use aromatherapy and essential plant oils to aid in relaxation and healing of the skin, muscles and other soft tissues.

Since 2000, I have operated a family homeopathic practice. I treat a very broad range of conditions including women’s issues (PMS, menstrual difficulties, infertility, menopause); and children’s issues (chronic ear infections, asthma, autism, ADD/ADHD).
